In the 3rd and 4th weeks of March, the trainers at various RSCs were gathered for refresher training at Goaso. The training was designed to equip the agronomists and other staff of the RSCs with Facilitation skills and to refresh them on the content of the CCE Training Manual. Most of the training was done on field with real materials to boost the technical knowledge and the confidence of the trainers.

The training sections were very participatory with lots of hands on exercises. Participants were fully engaged with groups activities and presentations.
